Q: What are social sessions and how do they work?

Social sessions happen 2 to 4 times a week depending on the time of year. We usually have 3 to 4 courts booked. Those sessions are open to all current members of the club. You can simply turn up and play with other members present. Usually, we will play short doubles sets during those sessions (first pair to 4 games wins), and then mix around with other members. It's a great way to meet other tennis players!

Q: How do I book a court at the Meadows?

The club rents its time for its activities at the courts from Edinburgh Leisure. If you wish to play on the courts outside of club activities, you will need to book and pay via the Edinburgh Leisure website or app as they own and manage the courts at the Meadows. Note that Edinburgh Leisure does not always charge for the courts depending on the time of the year - more information is available on their website or at the gate of the courts.
